Mack came from an owner who moved and couldn’t bring Mack. This means that Mack has a lifetime of experience being a pet and some of the good habits that come along with that, such as already being housebroken. He also gets along with children. Mack is very much a Hound dog, taking the lead on our walk around the woodland preserve and did plenty of sniffing. When he saw golfers and golf carts moving on the other side of the fence, he started his Hound howl. The golfers may not have appreciated the distraction, but we thought it was cute. Mack would enjoy being in an active home where he can go on plenty of long walks. Visit the shelter soon to see if Mack is the one for you! Get acquainted with this dog off leash in one of our family run areas. Most dogs will need to run off some energy before they settle down and get acquainted with you. Thanks!
