Mae was a young 4 month old puppy when she was picked up as a stray and brought to our shelter. One of our adoption counselors took the lead in caring for her when she became quite ill, and Mae returned the favor in her loving manner. Mae was a sweet dog with her head and face looking like a Shepherd, and her round and long body looking like a Hound. Mae lived at the shelter 4 years until Charles came in one day and took her home.
